These terms outline both parties' rights and responsibilities and provide information on how to access our offerings and the booking procedures. Note that by making a booking, you are agreeing to abide by these terms.
Halal Escapes operates under the name of Travel Umrah Ltd, which has agreed to grant you access to its products through the website halal-escapes.com. As an agent of the suppliers, Travel Umrah Ltd facilitates your bookings which means the terms and conditions of each supplier will apply to your reservation and can be obtained upon request.

This website may have inaccuracies or typos in its content, products, and services. Travel Umrah Ltd cannot ensure the precision of information regarding hotels, resorts, air travel, villas, cars, airport transfers, and other travel-related products found on the site, including but not limited to photographs, hotel features, and product descriptions, which are primarily provided by suppliers. The hotel and resort ratings provided on the website are intended as general references only, and Travel Umrah Ltd cannot guarantee their accuracy. The information on the website may be updated periodically, and Travel Umrah Ltd and its suppliers may make improvements or changes to the website at any time.
Payments
Payments for the services listed on Halal Escapes website or obtained through telephone must be made directly to Halal Escapes, which will serve as an intermediary for the suppliers. The amount charged will not exceed the total cost of the service.
Prices
All prices are dependent on the availability and confirmation by the supplier. Halal Escapes has the right to alter the prices of the services at any time. Prices will be confirmed with the customer before the booking is made. Halal Escapes has the right to decline any bookings made.
Halal Escapes is not obliged to hold a price for the customers. Prices are subjected to get higher as it gets closer to the booking date. This applies to hotels, resorts, air travel, villas, cars, airport transfers, and other travel-related products found on the website.
Cancellations
The cancellation and amendment policy for Halal Escapes is as follows:
Cancellation or Amendment by the traveler: If the traveler needs to cancel or amend their booking, they must go into the customer dashboard and make the cancellation if possible depending on the cancellation status (Non-refundable and Refundable). Should there be any issues in making the cancellation on the customer dashboard, contact Halal Escapes at equieres@halal-escapes.co.uk and provide a detailed confirmation of the cancellation/amendment. This must be provided by the lead passenger.
Cancellation/Amendment Charges: Cancellation or amendment charges will apply and may increase closer to the trip departure date, potentially reaching 100% of the trip cost. The specific charges will be outlined in the supplier's booking conditions and confirmed to the traveller upon receipt of written instruction to cancel or amend the booking. When booking packages, it will only be possible to provide a partial refund as all flights are non-refundable. Hotels will be refundable based on whether or not it is refundable.
Suppliers' Cancellation Policy: Each hotel and villa may have different cancellation policies, which can be found on their respective pages. The supplier's cancellation policy will apply, along with administrative charges from Halal Escapes.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the currency that the traveller paid for the booking. The amount of the refund may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations, and the refund amount will reflect the exchange rate on the day it is issued, not the rate at the time of booking.
Payment: Halal Escapes reserves the right to cancel a booking if full payment on time.
Note: Bank/credit card surcharges of up to 2.9% may apply to cover charges incurred from credit card companies for refunds.
Passport and Visas
The Holiday Company is not responsible for reminding travellers to renew their passports. It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure their passport is valid and up-to-date for the duration of their trip. By booking a trip with Halal Escapes, the traveller acknowledges and accepts this responsibility.
Halal Escapes is not responsible for obtaining visas or assisting with the visa process for travellers. It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure they have the necessary travel documents, including visas, before embarking on their trip. By booking a trip with Halal Escapes, the traveller acknowledges and accepts this responsibility.
Holiday Destinations
The following terms and conditions apply to booking trips with Halal Escapes:
Research Responsibility: Before making a booking, travellers are responsible for conducting their own research on the rules for entering the destination country, including but not limited to visa requirements, travel restrictions, and health requirements.
No Guarantee of Entry: Halal Escapes does not guarantee that travellers will be granted entry into the destination country and is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of denied entry.
By booking a trip with Halal Escapes, the traveller acknowledges and accepts these responsibilities.
Accommodation
Please be aware that check-in times may vary by country and hotel, typically ranging from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
The following terms and conditions apply to the availability of hotel features when booking with Halal Escapes:
Feature Availability: The availability of hotel features, such as swimming pools, gyms, and restaurants, is subject to change and may not be available at all times. Halal Escapes cannot guarantee the availability of specific hotel features.
No Compensation: Halal Escapes is not responsible for compensating travellers for the unavailability of any hotel features, regardless of the reason for the unavailability.
Changes to Features: Halal Escapes reserves the right to make changes to the features offered by hotels at any time and without prior notice.
By booking a hotel through Halal Escapes, the traveller acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions related to hotel feature availability.
The following terms and conditions apply to the responsibility of the traveller in booking the correct hotel room:
Responsibility of the Traveller: The traveller is responsible for ensuring that the correct room is booked, including any specific features or amenities that are important to the traveller (e.g., a room with a swimming pool).
No Guarantee of Room Features: Halal Escapes does not guarantee that a specific room feature will be available and is not responsible for compensating the traveller if a requested room feature is not available.
Changes to Room Features: Halal Escapes reserves the right to make changes to the room features offered by hotels at any time and without prior notice.
By booking a hotel room through Halal Escapes, the traveller acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions related to their responsibility in booking the correct room.
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of photos of hotels by Halal Escapes:
Indicative Photos: The photos of hotels provided by Halal Escapes are intended to give a general impression of the hotel and are not representative of the specific room or location that the traveller may be booked into.
Summer Photos: The photos of hotels may have been taken during the summer months and may not accurately reflect the appearance of the hotel or room at other times of the year.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: Halal Escapes cannot guarantee the accuracy of the photos of the hotels and rooms and is not responsible for any disappointment or dissatisfaction resulting from differences between the photos and the actual hotel or room.
By using the photos provided by Halal Escapes, the traveller acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions related to the accuracy of the photos.
